About Rossville, IN - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in Clinton County, Indiana, Rossville is a small residential community with about 1,600 full-time residents. This rural town is found at the northwest corner of the county where State Roads 26 and 39 intersect. It is a short drive to the nearby communities of Lafayette, Frankfort, and Delphi. The North Montgomery School Corporation serves the community, and older students will attend North Montgomery High School.

While Rossville is a small community, there are a few notable things to see within its limits. Covered bridge enthusiasts might like to check out the Lancaster Covered Bridge found here, and afterwards, a trip to Treece’s Restaurant & Lounge, Dan the Man’s Taco Stand, or Browny’s Pizza King might be in order. There are also several shopping destinations located in the Rossville area, including CVS Pharmacy, Rossville Quilts, and the Rossville Card & Comic Shop, among many others.

The weather in Rossville will feature varied conditions throughout the year. Summers here are hot with high humidity, which is typical for the Midwest. Highs reach well into the 80s, but heat waves in the 90s are perfectly common. These patterns will warrant the right air conditioner at home to stay safe and comfortable. Systems with a high SEER rating are the best option, as they’ll offer the most affordable way to cool a home regardless of outdoor conditions.

During the winter months, outdoor conditions cool off quickly. Snow and freezing temperatures are quite common, and a gas or electric furnace is a necessity to stay warm. These systems will also ensure good air quality throughout the year, especially when Rossville residents are forced to stay at home due to frigid outdoor conditions. The right furnace with a high AFUE rating will allow residents to feel confident in their system’s ability to maintain pleasant indoor conditions.
